This Community Guidelines Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing user conduct on InsightEd (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User”, “Student”, or “Mentor”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this Agreement. Failure to comply may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of your account.

1. Respectful Interaction

1.1 Prohibited Conduct: Users shall not engage in any form of harassment, abuse, discrimination, hate speech, defamation, or personal attacks.

1.2 Non-Discrimination: The Platform strictly prohibits discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other status.

1.3 Professional Communication: Users shall maintain professionalism in all interactions, refraining from inappropriate language, threats, or intimidation.

1.4 Illegal Activities: Any illegal or illicit behavior is strictly prohibited.

2. Integrity and Authenticity

2.1 Accurate Representation: Users must provide truthful and accurate information regarding their identity, academic background, and expertise.

2.2 No Misrepresentation: Falsifying credentials or impersonating another person or institution is prohibited.

2.3 Original Work: Users shall not submit plagiarized content or complete work on behalf of others.

3. Content Standards

3.1 Prohibited Content: Users shall not post, share, or distribute content that is offensive, illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

3.2 Intellectual Property: Users shall respect copyright laws and only share content they have rights to use.

3.3 Reviews: Reviews are a key part of our Platform. Users must provide honest feedback and not manipulate the review system.

4. Privacy and Security

4.1 Confidentiality: Users must not share or misuse any personal or academic information obtained through the Platform.

4.2 No Solicitation: All communications must occur within the Platform. External solicitation is prohibited.

4.3 Data Protection: Users shall not share contact details such as phone numbers or social media outside designated features.

5. Payment and Transactions

5.1 Platform Transactions: All payments must be conducted through the Platform’s system to ensure protection.

5.2 Refunds and Disputes: Users agree to resolve disputes per the Platform’s policies.

6. Reporting and Enforcement

6.1 Reporting Violations: Users are encouraged to report breaches via the Platform’s reporting system.

6.2 Consequences: The Platform may issue warnings, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations.

6.3 Appeals: Users may appeal enforcement decisions by contacting support@insighted.com with relevant information.

7. Modifications to Agreement

7.1 Right to Modify: The Platform reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform or creating an account, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
